When you hire Second Chair, you work directly with me. There's no agency, no handoffs, and no getting a different person every week. I'm Kim Dobbs, a Texas Certified Paralegal with over 14 years of experience in civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, family law, and probate at firms in Houston and San Francisco.
I step in where your firm needs support most. That could be ongoing help across multiple cases, or coverage while a team member is out on maternity leave, an extended leave of absence, or vacation. Your deadlines don't stop when your staff does, and neither do I.

We will organize and maintain case files, help manage caseload requirements, monitor budgets, timelines, and billing for case completion.
